At the beginning of this month I received my billing statement and noted a MAJOR discrepancy. This statement indicates a 35 minute 3 second phone call, which I made, is being billed as 6 HOURS. For 3 continuous days I attempted to get assistance via customer service, which I can only get to by direct dial as the *2 function Im repeatedly told to use does NOT work.in all occasions I have found myself being stonewalled, transferred back into the queue only to become a new cold call, or flat out hung up on. After a week of trying and an hour long and utterly fruitless headache, I decided to post my case regarding the matter to YouTube.com. This resulted in a contact suggesting I attempt to attain a resolution by email to a list of parties, but upon sending the email I discover ALL of them returned as undeliverable. (Apparently, they've all left or changed their email addresses)
Now, today, my bill is due and upon once again being stonewalled and I still have not gotten any return calls from anyone when told a a supervisor would call me back.
