I ordered two pairs of jeans and after a month and a half of pestering them through email (with no response), I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Note that I live in Toronto, ON and the products would have been shipped from Burlington, ON (maybe an hour or two away?). Even if I had gotten my jeans, a month and a half is ridiculous.
