Lottery scam clearance fee australia buffalo new york

Got a letter in the mail from FANGUARD SERVICES stating they placed my name into a lottery in Australia and I "won in the 2nd category" earning me US$150,000 which will be paid from their office in Buffalo, NY. They wanted me to pay a "clearance fee" in order to get my winnings. It then asks me to call their processing office in London and provides their international phone number. Signed by an Eric Williams.
