They didn't inforce their policy correctly

I tried very hard to work with finegrhut about ther safeline policy. I call, wrote and even e-mail them to send me a copy of their policy with no respond. I been on disability since March 15. They cover for 6 month only. I'll be having surgery done in about a month for the same illness. I don't feel their policy cover me accordingly. H
