I have moved interstate over five times in the past ten years and I have never had such a horrible experience!
Do not get involved with this company. The only thing that was easy was the quote and setting up the moving date. From there everything was a disaster; the driver (not organized, ineffective, missed commitments), the truck (broke down in route), customer service (hung up on me when I tried to resolve problems), claim services (never return phone calls - 9 months after move still trying), management (good luck if you can find someone who claims to be a manager, and then good luck in getting them to call you back).
This office should be closed down. If I were a United Van Lines executive, I would pull their franchise license!
