Mrs. Ward is a complete ripoff attorney. She is dishonest. She received the retainer fee and did very little work. Would not return phone calls, did not respond to emails, did not submit copy of work completed, did not submit requested documents, did not appear at hearings, would not return client's file, would not return portion of retainer fee.
