Getting charges for services i never got!

I am getting charged for services i never got, they only seem to care about the money in this hospital. When bringing it up to the hospital mananger she became very nasty and still followed through with sending me another bill. I have more then enough proof that it is not my bill. I have given them pleanty of chances to fix their billing errors, they have failed to do so.
