LAWPHD charge $4.50 to my Debit Account

I received a charge on my Debit Card for $4.50 from Lawphd.net. I called them only to receive a recording that I had to send them an email with my question... Yep give them a little more info on me.

I googled Lawphd.net only to find out others had with the same issue. Be careful when dealing with these individuals!
