The folks that work-in this shop evidently maintain themselves above other people that is available in that shop - until may if you should be a player. I purchase points for my adolescent kids within the shop. Perhaps since they'renot people and that Iam not really a player we're not worth their time for you to answer any concerns about items they market - or their guidelines.
I'd a problem on the program I purchased 33 days before. They'd not reply my issue. They merely desired to understand after I bought it. Easily purchased the warrenty.
Obviously I did not answer them using the correct data simply because they stated they cannot help me, or reply any concerns I've since it was over 30days. And so I requested must I contact Xbox immediate? And was informed that might be the reasonable move to make given that they can't answer something for me personally. All I'd was a problem!!! You-can't actually hear???
For That money I've invested during the last month there - I'll discover another store that's pleased to have my company.
