We had a binding contract with these con artists they took from us 2500.00 and our belongings the quote was 1295.00 after the truck was almost loaded their price inflated to 3500.00 i asked for the truck to be unloaded to the 1295.00 quote and they refused police were called by me to no avail after 1 1/2 hour ashlundh said it would cost 2500.00 cash to do this and another large sum to deliver the 4 boxes remaining???
After seeing them insult my wife threaten our little dog and my wife in tears i gave them another 1200.00 cash and promised a moneygram from minneapolis for 1000.00 in 2 days from minneapolis which i sent after borrowing in minneapolis ashlundh said o.K. Oh coincendentally the moneygram was requested to be payable to her the day before she wanted it payable to this matan ben david our things were supposed to come within 2 weeks with 1000.00 more due on delivery, needless to say delivery never came thru 2 months with multiple stories daily twice daily even.
I was assured by vic, michelle, ashlundh that our things were seen by them personally in their ware house in houston!!! I came to find out thru attorney general another moving company that they had dumped our things in a storage facility in bentonville ar. Along with another partys things from holts summitt mo. It then cost me another 1500.00 to go christmas week with my vehicle to bentonville ar rent a truck transport my things back to mpls and another partys to mo.
While putting fuel in both vehicles they stole all the money we had plus what we could borrow plus destroyed our dreams of a new and better life as well as the money we had saved for very important issues such as taxes due 2012 and vehicle registration and medical insurance we slept and sat on the floor for 2 months and were both very depressed how this could legally happen. We are planning to go after finding recourse so dont feel alone i have done much research and have obtained a good amount of information on these people!!!
So if you wish to seek restitution please contact us you will be able to do this thru consumer complaintss, they will supply contact information!!! Now is the time *they cant hide we have all paperwork reciepts and more*they cant hide their assets a judgement against them would be a great victory*i know there are at least 30 other partys out there that this exact same thing has happened to dont take this!!! Were not going to!!! Dont hesitate lets fight back!!!
