Missing information in my papers and does not answer my calls

I got help with divorce papers and found out that the papers were missing information and another form is missing. He has not answered my calls and when i do call the phone some how goes dead after a couple of rings. I would not recommend him because now i have to pay, again, someone else to fix. He said he was guaranteed not to have any issues with his papers but yet doesn't respond when there are issues...
