After being hounded for weeks about a 150.00 balance on my Home heating account that I was able to pay I asked them to please come and remove there "empty" Gas tank which they did some weeks later then I was notified by mail I had a 94.00 credit I asked them to please forward Me a check for my overpayment which they then turned around and Fee'd it to death turning into another 45.00 dollar balance.
This Home heating Price gouging issue is beyond words, They have taken a By-product and turned it into a Investment profit Bonanza, taking the price of heating our homes and more than tripling it without any recouse, using the Necessity of heating our homes and turning into a pure Luxury We can afford once again it's a Petroleum industry Mega Windfall. And We the consumer the Victim.
