AT&T tricked me into a bogus promotion and then charged me twice as much as I'd agreed to. Customer service gives me the run-around and the supervisors admit to their employees dishonesty. "These things happen..." they explainded to me. Yet and still, they refuse to refund my payment. Don't Use AT&T!!!
