Ripoff misled me to believe that agencies would view my pictures on their site

I was "scouted" in the Braintree mall. I was invited to an open call to check out the opportunities they offered. I was led to believe that I could easily find modeling jobs in Boston. They told me that agencies would look at my Comp Card directly. All I received were notices of opportunities. It seems to me that no one was really looking at my pictures. They misled and overcharged all of their model hopefulls.
