Paradigm has been a nightmare to deal with. The customer service wait times are very long and when you do get someone on the line they are rude and do not answer any questions directly. Fees are suddenly raised without any notification and just an overall BAD experience. I have a 5 year contract and only a year and a half into it and wish that I could get out of this horrible deal. This is a small business -profit piranha.
