I cancelled membership with seniorpeoplemeet.com both by phone and email but my account showed a debit of $81.93 from seniorpeoplmeet.com I made several calls to customer service and sent several emails alerting them to this unauthorized charge. I was told company policy "No Refunds". Absolutely no exceptions regardless of the fact that the error was on their end.
The customer service is a joke. The reps I spoke with were rude and unprofessional and offered no remedy other than repeating their "no refund policy" because the unauthorized charge was a technical problem. Beware and keep a close eye on this company and your wallet.
