Poor service and employee attitude

The Deli division includes a split/roped-off point and that I joined at 845P on 8-31-10. This region is for meal planning, drumettes an deli foods. There is 6 people before me finding sanwiches organized. Once I had been at the front end of the point, some 18 minutes later, I recommended required some deli meat slice. I had been educated from the worker Lashon "You didn;t have to stand-in that point for deli foods" there is 5 clerks in deli and none could ceven talk this bit of information. There isn't any indication to point that. She smurked and informed another heavy-set black lady. The girl folded he eyes. I treported this to Milan, the manager who stated he'd abandon an "e-mail for that deli director" This Is Actually The 2nd event in 14 days. On 8-11, my mom and that I joined this shop and he or she required among the driving carts. They'd 4 and none were connected to the store. We spoke to Milan and he used one and said it worked. We went half-way down an ailsle also it ceased. Our mom needed to escape and wander the remainder of just how. This shop has inadequate business and mangement conversation.
