Tammy Nail and Spa in Aventura Florida. Merchant Choice Payment is a credit card processing company. I had an agreement with them for two years. After the contract was over I chose to change companies for a couple of reasons I did just that and canceled with them without any notice Merchant Choice Payments did an ach transaction (Not Authorized and tried to take out (steal) $ 18,000 from my bank account. They said that for every month I dont process with them they charged me $495 dollars. Scam, unheard of, fraudulent. I called and tried to discuss this matter with them they said they automatically renewed my contract let me tell u that it was not authorized. I have worked with other credit card processing companies every company will charge a cancelation fee of $250 the most if u are under contract which I wasn't! Another thing a business owner can do is keep the account open and pay the minimum of $25 a month mostly till the contract is over but I was not under a contract. Speaking with Merchant Choice Solutions has got me nowhere they suggested I resign with them or they will take out money from my account their way of resolving this is making threats sign or lose money. This is not a company I want to work with and I think that they are fraud and I feel bad for any business who is involved with them. They should be closed down for Fraud.
