These movers showed up 3 hours late. They were swell until they got my deposit. It took 2 weeks for them to get my things to Florida. I called them several times to ask approximate delivery, they wouldn't give any information and told me they would call 24 hours before delivering to my door. They called 1 hour before delivery. I'm glad I was home.
My furniture had damage and my stain glass was busted in moving along with my antique bed. I have a box of goods that is missing. I called and asked to speak to their claims department and they refused and told me I had to write a letter to them and they would look into it. When I became insistent on speaking to a claims person I was told that just because I have a rough life doesn't mean that other people do.
These people are jerks. They do not even know me personally. I question if they even have insurance to replace customers belongings. I will never do business with them again and I hope no else considers them.
