I spent $74 on getting my cartridges filled at a Cartridge World store - and got totally screwed. So far, both color cartridges do not work, and when I finally found my receipt, I realized they charged me for 3 color cartridge refills when they only gave me two (they actually gave me 0). When I called to figure out a solution, they hung up on me twice. And when I told them I would start writing reviews about the store because they refused to help (I'm out of town), they laughed and told me that it would only help their Google stats (which, of course, is ridiculous). This was the Cartridge World in Crystal Lake, IL. Beware!!!
