This company is just like Top Temporary, Inc. Staffing Specialists Sarah and Amanda Muhlbauer are mendaciously saying there is no work available when there has to be work available.
Whenever I call this temporary agency they have begun to adapt that same DISCRIMINATORY script that most dishonest employers use"Sorry, no work available!". That is such an UNETHICAL lie, Manpower would not exist if they did not send temporary employees out to work. They survive by getting a portion of their employees checks. These employers can easily get around the current anti-discrimination laws.
I think employers like Sarah, Amanda and nearly the whole Manpower personnel are cruel people who care nothing about people who need work. I know that Sarah (Manpower Staffing Specialist) was lying when she said there was no work available the other day I called, because of the tone of her voice and reluctance when answering my question.
It was a lie. Human intuition will always detect any form of discrimination despite how much formal training a person receives. Sarah and Amanda, you are blessed to have a job in these times of economic hardship, why don't you use your position to help others who just like you only want to pay their bills and survive.
Sarah and Amanda should never complain about their tax dollars being spent on Homeless Shelters, Food Stamps, and Welfare Programs when they and all employers who utilize discriminatory practices, COLLECTIVELY, perpetuate poverty in America by denying unfortunate people work due to FRIVOLOUS and TRIVIAL reasons. I advise anyone looking for work do not waste your valuable time filling out a long employment application and going through a mental dexterity test when all these people will have done is waste your time and unecessarily raise your hopes. Also, if anyone believes that they have been
discriminated by Manpower or any other employer, I implore you to file complaints with your states' Department of Human Rights, Employment Opportunity Office and usacomplaints.com. Let's make sure tougher anti-discrimination laws pass so that every HUMAN BEING is given a fair chance to work and take care of hemselves and their famillies. Lying is UNETHICAL and employers need to stop!
