My small company was hired by U.S. Edge to troubleshoot a telecommunication connectivity problem at one of their customers' locations. We were issued a purchase/Service Order for the work. Our technician drove 40 miles to the end-customer's site and brought the faulty ciscuits back on line.
For this we invoice a total of $120. Four months later and we're still trying to get paid. The arroagnce of U.S. Edge and the cheating of small guys like me is despicable and an indication of their business ethics. They have competitirs - Use Them!
