Hey. I'm just posting this to warn people to avoid Advanced Realty at all costs. This is the probably the worst realty company in town, and definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with. When we moved into our apartment, it was completely infested with fleas. It was absolutely horrible. I had to call many many times before they did anything about
it, and I actually got bitc*d out by the owner Tammy, yelling and saying things like "how many times are you going to complain about this?!" That one encounter I had with Tammy can actually be described as the time in my life when I had been the most openly disrespected and treated like sh*t. We have had countless problems with this company.
If you are still considering renting from them, I advise you to go read online reviews as well. They have a big fat F with the Better Business Bureau. They have been described as 'slumlords' and have kept security deposits, refusing to send customers a bill for the damages. I have heard so many horror stories, and deeply regret not researching them
more before renting. I am getting close to calling the county for a health inspection, because they have ignored my requests on numerous occasions. From one fellow renter to another, just don't rent from this company. You WILL regret it.
