Hi I am and aspiring actress and singer. I contacted a company called Hollywood Talent Management, and talk with the owner as well as group manager as well as CEO of the company by the name of Ron Mott. He told me to mail him a 8X10 picture of myself and a bried decription of myself. I mailed him a picture of myself and summary of myself. He called me back immediately and requested a meeting here in my hometown of Fresno, California.
We met at a local hotel here in Fresno. He bought me breakfast and we begin to talk about what management would consist of and the cost of the program. The cost of management would be discounted to me for $540.00, because he said the original price he said was $1,095.00. And that I would get six months of complete personal management and consulting services, and a 15-week training workshop program, a black and white 8X10 head shot, a professional, well prepared career resume.
He also said he was looking for a business partners as well for the company, and that I could have my own business more than one. He said (Mr. Ron Mott) he needed a partner for Chicago, Ill as well as Phoenix, Arizona. He also said he could start my very own one here in my hometown of Fresno, California and I was very excited about his proposels. He said each business would cost a minimum of $6,500.in which the total cost would be 21,540.00 in which I paid him $21,540.00 and did'nt get any of the services from modeling management, no pictures, no management, no business.
Please help me on how I can get my money back, I used all of my savings for my education and I am broke from this and cannot go back to school. Please have a lawyer to contact me regarding this. Or how I can file a lawsuit and file with the D.A. There is also another file complaint on this scam artist Ron Mott co-founder of Hollywood Talent Management titled Santa Paula, Ca in which he scam her as well thank God he did'nt get her $for 21,540.00. Please let me know if a lawsuit has been filed against this company or if charges has been filed with the district attorney.
