Instantcheckmate.com will evenually cause irreparable damage and significant disrepair through one of their horrible and incomplete reports. The information they provide can be applied to hundreds—if not thousands—of innocent people who get erronously identified with those who do or might have past, present, or ongoing problems not yet resolved OR reversed, dropped, or modified on appeal. If ones name is even similar it is convuled into the total of identical names that may appear nationwide. THIS is a dangerous site, along with the others who use "public records" incomplete or not—or simply false—to make a buck on the internet. I would venture to quess that the a percentage of individual employee's and/or owners will have a history of some consequence but one cannot find it because it is they who control the information.
