This is actually the next money to my account in per week and lloyds state they can't do anything about any of it. I've spent more than 30 units around the phone to lloyds (0845 quantity!) then at their demand called the company in the united states (half an hour plus) using the quantity lloyds offered me!!! Spoke with a halfbaked operative who promised me a reimbursement - the corporation is associated with mypphelp.com
Called lloyds back (another 20 units approximately) and they'll not put my case for their fraud dept - they insist that i cope with their conflicts division, although they know it is out and out frauid. They insist when i've written confirmation in the company (ho! Ho!) that they can "turn to" receiving my cash back.
I'm going to close my account today to avoid further charges which lloyds are very pleased to let undergo.
