I recently had to put my 13 year old Bulldog to sleep. I came across an add for Bulldog Puppies, it had pictures and contact info but no prices. I contacted them to find out the prices. They replied as a middleman ([email protected]) and said Dr. Paul Rodriguez was their breeder for the parents of the puppies they had. They sennt me pictures of a boy and girl that the "dr" who claimed to be a Veterinarian in North Dakota (not listed with the NDVMA they suggested I file a complaint with the FTC which I have). He suggested the money be paid to www.unitedviet. Ship and sent a registration code etc. I was supposed to pay the shipper $360 upfront and the balance when I received the puppy. When the shipper was not a familiar name and out of Vietnam my suspicions grew. They were not listed at my airports cargo area either. I decided not to go through with the transaction. I have sent an inquiry to the shipping company which must be involved somehow. I may file a complaint against them as well.
