The International Library of Photography (internet site at www.picture.com) holds online contests. I sent in a photo and they replied that their Selection Committee had advanced my contest entry to the final competition. They also stated that my photo would be featured in a Beautiful Coffee-table Edition. Scheduled publication was for the Fall of 2003.
I paid the amount requested but never received the Edition of "Spirits in the Night". There is no e-mail to be found on their site when I tried to contact them. I sent a letter but got no reply. I would, after time, forget about it. After time went on I would remember and get angry all over again.
Up to this date, April 5, I still have not received anything.
