These people are the worst wedding planners! They seemed so caring and sweet at first and that quickly changed. They lack professionalism in every way possible. Sanya is always late. She always changes her word and price. You need to get EVERYTHING in writing with these people or everything will change in a blink of an eye. Our wedding was a disaster. The venues are always changing. They lie about pricing, venues and catering then make it seem like its your fault somehow. Very careless.
Always on the phone when she finally does arrive and ignores what is being requested. This experience was by far the worst experience of my life. Our wedding venue changed 3 times the month before our wedding and we were planning this over a year ago. We sent new address locations to our guests 3 times! It was so embarrassing. We had to call and negotiate pricing with everything. Isn't that their job? It was the biggest waste of money to hire these people. Not only did they not help with anything they made everything more stressful! Save yourselves the headache and money and go with someone else!
