I also used this company in April and May they use foreigners who speak perfect english when they are asking for more money. But as soon as you question them or try and call the company they no longer understand English. This company also doesn't answer the phones because they have caller ID bet that list is long. Filed two insurance claims but this company does not pay their bills so the insurance company will not pay off. The insurance company Anthem Claim Management says that Real Movers did not pay their premiums so they no longer are investigating claims for this company. Do not use wish I had found this website before going with them. I have lost furniture items and I have so much broken stuff mostly stuff I can not replace considering it was antiques or given to me by my Grandmother. Do not use this company don't know how they manage to maintain a good BBB rating. I filed a complaint. I spoke to Harry James and if any body knows how to reach the owner please let me know!!
