Totally unreliable, untrustworthy. I paid him cash up front for a home renovation and he never did the job. Left me high and dry. He did the demo but never completed the renovations. I sued him and was successful in the Superior Court of Justice and got awarded a judgment for $25,000 plus costs and interest. Please do not hire GM Contracting or Greg Marousis. You will be very disappointed. He caused a lot of problems for me by demanding money up front. I had a horrible experience.
