I've never been so ashamed and discouraged having a customer support than Adobe’s. They've no idea if you have an issue and let you know they have to “review” your problems meanwhile abandon you dangling for fifteen minutes becuase they're possibly searching through a guide. They let you know their delay period is 4-6 units after which you take a seat on the telephone atleast 30. Their fresh adobe photoshop 9 is laden with fresh issues that CAn't be solved when you have a more recent program. It'd also assist when the client “representative” talked and recognized English. Therefore quit the constant apologies and enhance your customer support.incidentally, I delivered my Adobe application – not worth the stress for the product and bad customer support.
