Joey Comier of AClear title and Escrow is a mortgage escrow company, but he also does escrow for financial instuments and will steal your money. He is currently in several transactions with Brian McCormick, AKA Triton Structured Finance promising non recourse loans and getting you to put up money in escrow while they give you ever excuse in the book as to why it is delayed.
They are just using your Money and have no intention of funding a deal as promised. Joey and Brian have judgements against them now that they can not pay. Brian McCormick acts like he is rich and smart, but the truth is he is broke. He has multiple ex wives and judgements against him. One was for $23 million and the list goes on. Joey is too stupid to know that Brian is using him and he will go to Jail for it.
Joey is being sued in Utah and other places. Be aware that if you give him your money he will not give it back or at least it will be a chore getting it. He will not return your calls and has taken down his web site.
If you are closing a house through A Clear Title be careful.
Joey and Brian are evil to the core! They are both in a lot of trouble.
