I ordered three custom hats, 23 June specifically for an annual event for my family. The event was to be held on 10 August.
The ordering process went fine. The full amount of my order was charged to my credit card via a pay pal account. I received an order confirmation and was assigned an order number 1037585.
Two weeks, 17 July after I ordered, I got one of the three hats in the mail. When I contacted the company via e-mail, a person name Dan appologized for the mix up and stated there was a server error. He assured me that he would get the other two hats in the mail ASAP. I informed him that the hats were time sensitive and had to be in my hands before 10 August.
Since that time, I requested a status update no less than 3 times. The company has not even acknowledged my request. I have attempted to contact the company via their web site, via their support desk, and I even registered as a customer for their zendesk contact and help. They don't even acknowledge any contact attempt.
Now my event is over and I had nothing to pass out as prizes to the participants. Made me look like a fool but more importantly I felt bad for my family.
I have since attempted to request a full refund quoting thier web advertised 30 money back guarantee.
These people are nothing more than rip off artists and need to be stopped. They got nearly $100.00 USD from me and I feel helpless to do anything about it. I have contacted Pay Pal to no evail. My next step is to contact the credit card company and see if they can help.
