I was supposedly called on April 4 about marketing my real estate business on google search engines. Was charged a $14.95 set up charge with a recurring monthly fee of $59 for google placement. I have no recollection of any such call and would NOT have agreed to it as I have ZERO marketing budget. I did not see these charges on my account until late last month and never got around to calling about it until it showed up again today. I have called them and they swear that I agreed to the terms. They have as of today cancelled my account and will reimburse me for the amount charged to my account today, but not all the other charges. I believe I was misinformed of these charges, have never received a billing statement from them, only charges to my checking account.
