I've purchased 2 Kate Spade Bags and also have had difficulty with equally, they'll just provide you with back-less than 1/2 of that which you settled (exactly what a great deal for them). I actually donot utilize them on the daily schedule and that I have experienced bags from TG Max, and Goal keep going longer and therefore are much better than theres for under 1/4 of the cost. There customer support smells, they find reasons in the place of looking after there client. I'll never purchase other things produced by them-and I'll allow everybody I understand of the issues I've experienced.
