Nakkitas blue ripped me off

In 2010 needed a nice Stud for our female Olde Bulldogge.
I trusted this breeder because she was professional on the phone when gettig my money
And guaranteed all blues, I knew she was out of the country but she said she did alot of business
In California and had a good reputation the good reputationwas not exactly accurate we learning much latter.
I used NAKKITAS BLUE stud male Phoenix Blue Strike because he is a
Beautiful dog I also had bought a puppy out of Phoenix Blue Cali from Chad
Because her Dam Cali was from a very well known breeder Victoria Blue Secret Bull Dogs. My
Female was out of Cali and Famous moody Blue owned by Phoenix Blues at the time
She had really nice bone and I wanted to
Breed her after the second season.
Isabelle charged me 2grand for the stud fee and promised that if I was not
Satisfied with the breeding that she would repeat it at no charge or return part
Of my money.
The pups were all born with long tails and no Olde Bulldogge features but
Looked like American Pit Bull Terriers black and lots of brindles with long
Snouts, I called the owner of the stud Nakkittas Blue and she told me that it
Was because of my female being from Victoria's Blue Bulldogge and that
Victoria's Blue Bulldogges used pit in there breeding program but even if that
Was the case I told her my female was born with a Bulldogge curled tail like her
Dam and Sire Moody and that I don't believe it was from her side, But her stud
On the other hand has a tail so it had to come from him she refused to admit
Blame and refused to refund any part of my money as agreed. A year latter I bred
My Phoenix Blue Cali daughter again to a better stud Victorias Blue Rhino owned
By So Cali Bulldogges not only did the pups come out with curly tails like there
Sire and Dam but the pups were all solid blue.
I'm not writing this to trash anyone but I did ask Victorias Blue can she
Give me the number to help me DNA test 1 of the pups that were born out of the
Stud I used from Nakkittas Blue and Mrs. Faciane provided me the number to
Receive my DNA kit for the pup to be tested and one for my Phoenix Blue Cali
Daughter. Weeks latter the results were very sad, 75% pit basically from
Whatever Sire Nakkittas Blue used at the time to send me frozen semen but
It could not have been from Phoenix Blue Strike which is what I paid for, A
Friend of mine bought a pup out of Strike which was a year old and had his
Pup DNA tested because he didn't trust Nakkittas Blue owner Isabelle Rathgeb
For her un ethical breeding practices concerning her Bulldogges and from reading
Victorias Blue Secret Web site posting. So I DNA profiled my Phoenix Blue Cali
Daughter out of Famous and Cali and she had 3.6% pit
Which falls under the pure bred dog guidelines Thank you Victoria's Blue
Secret Bulldogges for keeping it real.
Nakkittas Blue Bulldogz I Want my money back or I am fileing a law suite
Against you and sending proof. I made attempts to call you and you changed your
Phone number, I called to see if you were even a real business and come to find
Out your not even licensed to operate a dog trade service in your country, you
Don't even show up in any directory. I had no choice but to have all the poor
Puppies fixed and give them away for free. Big heart brake for so much money
Invested.
Nakkita or Isabelle I just want the money I paid for the stud service back
Or at least half of it.
It's been almost 2 years and your un ethical practices are coming back.
You can't hide forever.
I made the mistake of sending this Breeder money without contacting people
Who have dealt with her before
I did call a lot of people who have dealt with Victoria's Blue Secret and
She has excellent references since 1999.
I want my money back.
And to set the record straight Isabelle or an associate did tell my husband personally that she could send fake registration papers from the NBA if we dont expose the DNA test results to the public.
Of course we said no.
