Nerik/Eric Borukhov is still scamming people and continues to screw them over. Even if other reports states that it has been resolved, I do not believe any word of it. It is just a cover up so there are no eidence against him if someone wanted to put him in jail. He has no respect for anyone, even the elders. He cannot fight his own battles and brings in his father to resolve his issues. His father is just the same and accomplished absolutely nothing.
This particular story began three years ago. It has been an ongoing battle of trying to reach him and finding him. At first all that we wanted was an apartment that he promised to give us under section 8. Just to say, we lost the section 8 because of him and now paying for a full price apartment even though it is only a one income household. We were promised continuously and waited for him hours outside. He even showed us apartments and brought us the leases, but when it was time to give the keys, he began to disappear along with our money. We came to all the detinations that we spoke about and, just like in the previous reports, he was always "5 minutes away" and after waiting for hours, he all of a sudden had an "emergency". This was done numerous times and we became ill because of it because we are not young people who can be disrespected like this.
After that we just wanted our money back so we can afford to pay for another apartment since we lost our old one. He kept saying he would bring it and three years passed and we still have not gotten back a dime. We need the money back and there is no other way to get to him than writing this report. People beware of this man, he is very sneaky and manipulative. He promises the world, but takes the world away from you. Thousands and thousands of dollars were lost.instead we got threatening statements from him and his father. Hopefully people will read this and will not call him so he will not hurt other people like he did to us. We should have researched him before we called him because there were many reports warning people against him. That was our mistake, so no one make the same one we did!
