I have bought from poolsupplies.com previously with no issues but this time around I had a need to stop my purchase. I named before I received notice of delivery and after 20 units on-hold while they seek advice from the supervisor I had been informed they mightnot stop the purchase since the products have been delivered.
Baseed about the delivery notification emails I obtained the following day and also the following info they werenot delivered until hrs after I called, actually the delivery labels werenot published until hrs after I called. Today easily deliver them back they'll cost a restocking charge. They do not worry about the client just their botom line. It is a rip-off and that I'll never cope with the corporation again and certainly will make certain everybody I - can may understand how they are doing business.
