Airstream builds the highest quality travel trailers in the world... Not true!
My mother gave me a 1989 that she had for a while. I was a flooring installer and that's the first thing I wanted to fix with the camper. Taking up the carpet and vinyl i discovered the camper had been subfloored with cheap particle board. The trailer had a water leak around the skylight in the bedroom. The leak ruined the wall and the floor around the bed. The particle board just fell apart when the water hit it for a few days.
