I experienced the drive-thru in Garland, Texas shop #61 on 1/16 and requested several one. I offered the clerk precise change and he or she didn't provide me my recipt. It plainly says on the exterior of the push thu screen when Braums does not provide you with a money recipt you then are designed to obtain a $5 dollar document. I went down and recognized that used to do not need a recipt and went within the shop. I discussed that used to do not obtain a recipt. The cashier went and got the recipt; I questioned him easily obtain a gift certificate. Then he got the mamager and also the supervisor stated that they might not recognize the gift certificate since Braums nevertheless had the recipt. I told him that I'd previously pushed down and return, and his response was that what he discovered in instruction was when Braums nevertheless has got the recipt within their possesion they'll not recognize that cirtificate. Im unsure if I'll actually return.
