Well, Well, Well, Looks like sun lite is at it again. People if you have to pay to get a job walk away. You should never have to pay for employment, and hopfully you catch the reports before you go to the "second interview". What a pain this was i went to the first interview and scored a 10! I wonder if that means most desperate? Like most of the other reports i was out of a job for months, and gave them a call, set up my "interview". I was interviewed along with another person and "heather" (cast on wrist) gave me a score of 10 and the person i was with a 9. First sign of bullshit, the person i was interviewed with gave a POOR interview, but still got a 9. I was invited to a second interview, where i came to find a room packed with 20 -30 people. This asshole dan gave a FOUR hour long speech, swearing and riling us up to get pumped to work there. Half way through the speech the owner came to talk to us about lavish bussiness trips, company vacations, and his poor Range rover his wife got in the divorce. At the end of the interview the asshole dan gets serious says" you have to pay for your backround check, BUT IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT WE FIND ON IT, we just need it on file." then he says " im going to make you guys pay the $20 cash, cause where we get them only accepts cash, and im making you pay for them cause i dont want you to f*k& (forgot the"owners" name), and we will return it to you after 2 weeks of work." Thats when he brings up doing the "slave" work of doing door to door, so you know your product. Ok the part that really gets me is at the end of the second "interview" he pulls a few of us to the side and offers us Higher "contracts", Pissed me off to no end when he sat there and looked me dead in the eye and said we were "sharp". I hope to run into them again and get into the second interview so i can sit and terrorize the "meeting". Cause they know they cant call the police to remove me... If anyone else is interested in doing this to get the ball rolling on shuting them down do it!!!
