I was offered a job after posting my resume on CareerBuilders. They did not ask for any personal information like SSN, bank info, etc. They sent me an employment contract. I signed it returned it and started shipping purchases from know companies such as QVC, Overstock.com, etc. After 6 weeks I contacted them regarding my check. They told me I had to send a report. I did and have now waited for another 2 weeks and no check.
After what was thought to be a "lost" package was returned by the PO Investigative Unit in NY, I was told that these items are purchased with fraudulent or stolen credit cards and shipped out of the US and that by accepting the packages at my address I am an accomplice in a felony (receiving stolen goods).
Beware, do not apply for reshipping positions. There is no such thing as a reshipper that is legal.
