Costco is monitoring all you return!
When they believe it is extreme they're revoking account on the basis of the back of the account card that states " we are able to revoke account at antime without cause". You then can't have a tire spun, you've no guarantee on tires or return something or money your money refund since they're all centered on being truly a member!
