Xact remodeling Did not pay me in full

I worked for Joe, never got his last name, and I did a great Siding job for him and he would not pay me $370.00 that he owes me. The customer Donald Blair (3501 Arbor Trail, Garland, TX 75043) was very happy with my work. The agreement was I work for $120. A day, I worked 6 days and he paid me $350.00 I was working as a 1099 position.
