We have five dogs and of which dr. Fisher has worked with each one. We live only maybe a mile from his office and it is very convenent. On Feb. 10th 2004 at 5.45pm my dog got a bone caught in her throat and i called the vet at that time and they do not close until 6.00pm the lady said he coulnt see her that he didnt have time, for me to bring her in first thing in the morning and i just couldnt beleive what she had ask I said lady my dog is choking to death and you want me to bring her in first thing in the morning?
So I hung up the phone and took my dog to their office it is still before 6.00pm the lady said she definatly needed someone to get the bone out so she said she would ask Dr. Fisher if he could see her and she come out and said he couldnt that he had to draw the line somewhere that he had somewhere he needed to be.
And i am furious so I ask for all of my records to mailed to me which I havnt received. Anyway I had to drive my dog an hour away to a emergency vet center that stays open all night thank god. They had the bone out and i was on my way home within 15 min. But if the vet would have done his job my dog would not have had to suffer for over an hour. This vet needs to be put in his place Help the animals he gets paid for.
