Massive Marketing Campaign Goes Bust

I took advantage of a groupon deal as many across the U.S. Probably did. Purchased a $30 voucher for $15 and placed my order. Over 5 weeks later I still have not received my order and the company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I can't find a place to write a poor review either. Do not buy a groupon with this company.
