I've usually looked Sears for devices but that concludes today. The standard appears good though I've had 4 support calls on the top-load machine in 4 years. Every support phone is just a battle but recently was the topping around the dessert. Your visit was for that hours between 1 and 5. While no body named or turned up by 4:45 I named the support quantity found on our verification. Following a 20-minute store I had been ultimately informed the technology was working late, ought to be there quickly. I called again at 5:30 (20-minute store) and was informed he was still on his method but when he did not display in a half and time to call-back. I called back at 6:15 (20-minute store) and was informed these were having system-wide issues and also the technicians coudnot notice their paths, they'd need to reschedule me for that next available visit. I stated that was undesirable since I have had previously waited my change plus they transferred me to some "client options representative", another 30-minute store. Exactly what a laugh which was. Some clown called John responded the point lastly and he was RUDE and combative. Though he held offering me exactly the same point over & over how sorry he was he was completely reluctant to complete anything-but reschedule me to get a week later, after which he was not able to actually provide me verification by mail of my rescheduled visit. I had been really hesitant because of his attitude and so I rejected and visited their site and recheduled myself. Completely unacceptable behavior from the business who set the specifications years back. Out of this evening forward I'll invest my hard earned cash elsewhere, which contains their complete product-line. Consumers beware!!
