This company will definatly rip you off. My wife purchased a Coach purse from them in the middle of december, the company charged her and then sent her a n e-mail that the item is not available and to chose a different one, which she did. We received the same kind of email, that also that purse was unavailable, and to top it off they charged her twice, and the charge was prossesed through Japan.
When she tried to contact the company by email (they don't have a phone#) the only 2 poeple that did reply have a g-mail account, no real company account, at which point they told her that they would return the mony to the account and in the mean time blocked her e-mail adress.
Then I tried and after writing the person that my wife been working with my account was blocked. Then i sent a message to their service department from a different e-mail account several times and only after threats to report them did they reply and wrote me "that I should get with my bank becouse they returned the mony" and I was blocked again. So since mid Dec till Today 26 Apr 11. There is no Purse, a double charge to my account and no mony returned.
So yes, don't get swept up by Cheaper prices on Coach products, this company is definatly a a total fraud, with no Phone nuber to call, and no real customer service, and everybody operating with google e-mail accounts, don't waste your time or your mony.
