I wish I could leave zero stars.
I had mice somehow getting into my attic so I hired Orkin.
Upon Orkin's first visit.
The guy told me that I should buy special insulation from them that would take care of the mice. The price seemed somewhat high and considering I had just paid a great deal of money I wasn't sure what was going on. He then made it a point to make sure I had his cell phone number so he could get the commission.
I looked up their special insulation on the web and it has nothing to do with mice. When I called him and mentioned this his response was "well they don't like the insulation". Nice bait and switch.
When the service person came out a month so later, he was at my house for all of 10 minutes and didn't seem to really do anything. I don't want them back at my house and I cannot stop my quartely payments.
I am not lucky enough to go to court to fight this. Thank you Orkin
